How Returns Work
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, no explanation needed. After the 30-day window, we’re unable to accept returns.
To start a return, email us at support@faber-mode.com. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Please pack your return carefully and send it using a reliable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it. If everything checks out, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be completed after approval. We don’t charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? No problem. You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Just email support@faber-mode.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange, and we’ll walk you through the process.
Canceling an Order
Changed your mind? Contact us as soon as possible at support@faber-mode.com. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once it’s shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email support@faber-mode.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll review it quickly and provide the next steps to make it right.
