Return and Refund Policy

Return Rights

At Faber Mode, customers may request a return within thirty 30 days of the date their order is delivered. Return requests submitted after the expiration of this period may not be eligible for approval.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Products should be unused, unworn, free from damage, and returned with any original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials where applicable. Faber Mode reserves the right to refuse returns that do not satisfy these requirements.

Return Authorization

Before sending any item back, customers must contact Faber Mode to obtain return authorization and return instructions.

Return requests can be submitted by emailing support@faber-mode.com. To help us process the request efficiently, customers should include their order number and details regarding the item they wish to return.

Items returned without prior authorization may experience delays in processing or may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the cost of returning merchandise to the designated return address.

Faber Mode does not charge return handling fees, return administration fees, or restocking fees for approved returns. However, any costs associated with shipping the item back remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to use a shipping service that provides tracking information, as returned merchandise remains the customer's responsibility until successfully delivered to the return location.

Inspection of Returned Merchandise

Upon receipt, all returned merchandise will be reviewed to verify compliance with the conditions outlined in this policy.

If a returned item does not meet the applicable return requirements, Faber Mode may decline the return or issue only a partial refund where permitted by law and appropriate under the circumstances.

Refund Processing

Once a return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Approved refunds are generally processed within seven (7) days of return approval. Depending on the policies and processing times of the customer's financial institution, card issuer, or payment provider, additional time may be required before the refunded amount appears in the customer's account.

Original shipping charges, if any were paid at the time of purchase, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Faber Mode offers exchanges for eligible merchandise. Customers wishing to exchange an item for a different size, color, or alternative product should contact support@faber-mode.com for assistance.

All exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, alternative options may be offered, including a refund where appropriate.

Exchange requests must satisfy the same eligibility requirements that apply to standard returns.

Defective or Wrong Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, customers should notify Faber Mode as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

To facilitate review, customers may be asked to provide photographs of the item received, photographs of the packaging, and the applicable order number. Following evaluation, Faber Mode will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy.

Order Cancellation Requests

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact support@faber-mode.com immediately after placing their order.

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before an order enters processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers may utilize the return process after delivery in accordance with this policy.
