What’s the cut-off time for same-day order processing?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EDT (on business days) are usually processed the same day. Anything after that gets handled the next business day.
Can I return my order after 30 days?
No, returns need to be started within 30 days of delivery. After that window, we can’t accept them.
Do you charge any restocking fees?
Nope, there are no restocking fees at all. Once your return is approved, you’ll get a full refund.
Is the return shipping free?
No, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
